What an end of tenancy cleaning is ? and what it involves ?

It is a thorough clean of your house / flat / apartment.
End of tenancy cleaning means your whole house thoroughly cleaned. From top to bottom. Inside and out – within the house, however we would emphasize we do not include wall cleaning as part of this service. If you would like to have your walls refreshed, we suggest repainting it.
Amongst the rest.. oven cleaning, fridge freezer inside – is of course part of our end of tenancy cleaning. Carpet washing is predominantly required, albeit not always. Please let us know if you would like us to quote on this service with or without carpet washing.

End of tenancy cleaning. How to book it in and where do we start?

Before we book you in, we would like to visit your property so that we can confirm the price ( a rough idea of the price, based on the size of the property, can be given over the phone )
The actual price depends mainly on current state / condition of your property. Our pre-cleaning visits are free of charge.

If you don’t own the house / flat it is probably rented out by the agency. Over the years we have worked for many estate agencies around Reading and we know what they require when you hand the property back in. We will make sure all their cleaning requirements relating to your property are fulfilled and that you will get your house deposit fully refunded.
